Today, the National Executives of Uniosun Alumni Association paid a condolence visit to the family of a late Alumnus and vibrant Staff of Osun State University, Mr Tayo Opaleye.
During the visit, the National President, Comrade Olokuta Abdulbasit accompanied by other National Executives and some committee members reiterates the commitment of the Alumni Association to the welfare of the family of Late Mr. Tayo Opaleye
In his admonition to the widow, he pledges a continuous effort to look after the welfare of the children of late Mr Tayo Opaleye. The National President also presented the three hundred thousand naira (300, 000) donations contributed by members of the Alumni to the wife of the late Alumnus.
The Wife in her response, expressed her deepest gratitude to the Uniosun Alumni Association and prayed that none of the members will be faced with such situation.
No doubt, Late Tayo Opaleye served well in the Transcript Office of Osun State University, his commitment and working efficiency has been of immense benefit to several Alumnus and all we can try to do in return is to continuously look after the Wife and Children he left behind.
