The Osun State University Alumni Association National Executive Council and Board of Trustees members paid a courtesy visit to the University’s pioneer Vice Chancellor, Prof. Sola Akinrinade, on August 15, 2024.
The delegation led by the President, Abubakar Abdulbasit Olalekan and Board of Trustees Chairman, Engr. Aderanti Abdulkabir, included Vice President Bolu Akinlade, General Secretary Sulaimon Ibrahim, Assistant General Secretary Arasanyin Azeezat, Director of Social Ifeade Oladimeji, and Trustee member Oyesiji Sherif.
Prof. Akinrinade warmly welcomed the association, expressing delight at the progress made by the University. He commended the association for remembering him and as well appreciated the souvenir presented to him.
In his remarks, Prof. Akinrinade encouraged the association to continue their good work and avoid distractions.
This visit reinforces the association’s commitment to honoring its pioneers and fostering a sense of community among members.
